Coley and his Kuvasz Bretagne

There were many rescue-work dogs on site after the Twin Towers were destroyed by terrorists on Tuesday morning, September 11, 2001.
Some were search-and-rescue dogs, seeking living and dead bodies in the rubble. Some were emotional therapy dogs seeking to provide a few moments of respite to the first-responders who worked the pile.

Coley named his Kuvasz "Bretagne," after one of those brave rescue dogs.
This is a statue of Bretagne in Houston, Texas.
