The Arctic is no longer considered a continent since it has no land mass, only ice sheets. But within the Arctic Circle, there are 4 Kuvasz, living close to what used to be called the Arctic Continent. I loved the idea of Kuvasz living in the Arctic, but that idea was only a dream.
The Arctic, however, is a region at the North Pole which encompasses the polar ice caps which are just that- ice, not land- and some of the most northern countries have parts that are also within the Arctic Circle.
